1. Agreement

By using GamePick at https://haos.pro or through OpenAI ChatGPT (including our MCP integration), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

GamePick helps you discover video games: search and live suggestions, top-rated picks (optionally by genre), game details, and similar titles. The service is available as a widget inside OpenAI ChatGPT via MCP (Model Context Protocol). No sign-in is required for the public flow.

3. No account required

The public GamePick MCP flow works without authentication. You do not need to create an account on our site. Tool arguments and responses are processed transiently.

4. Third-party game data

Game metadata, images, ratings, and descriptions are provided by an external catalog API. We do not own that data.

• Accuracy, completeness, and age-appropriateness of catalog entries are ultimately determined by the metadata provider and game publishers.
• Store links and offers may point to third-party sellers; their terms apply when you leave our widget or ChatGPT.

5. Not professional advice

Scores, reviews, and summaries are informational. They are not buying advice, financial advice, or guarantees of quality. Always check official sources, system requirements, and regional availability before purchasing.

6. OpenAI ChatGPT

When you use GamePick through ChatGPT, OpenAI's terms and policies govern your use of ChatGPT itself.

• We are not responsible for ChatGPT model output, availability, or how OpenAI processes your conversations.
• We receive only structured tool arguments (e.g. search text, game id, genre, offset) from ChatGPT, not your full chat history.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or to harm others;
• attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems or APIs;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the MCP integration;
• use automated means to overload our servers or the catalog API.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game metadata may change without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on catalog ratings or descriptions.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms or the service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
